Process of Booking

1 | Waiting List

Bookings are open! To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. This secures your place in my schedule and allows me to dedicate time exclusively to your artwork.

2 | Email

Once your spot is reserved, I’ll send you an email with all the details for your commission, including what I’ll need from you and suggested timelines. This helps you prepare for your turn and ensures everything runs smoothly.

3 | Photos

Photos and references can be submitted up to two months before your scheduled slot. Photos should show your subject from multiple angles if possible, but don’t worry if they aren’t perfect — I’ve worked with all kinds of references, including low-quality or even if it's not possible to provide me a photo, I can still work that out. You can also include notes about your subject’s personality or story to make the artwork more personal and meaningful.

4 | Painting Begins

Once your deposit is paid and all details are ready, I’ll begin creating the original physical painting. This is where your vision starts to take shape. I work carefully and thoughtfully on each piece, making sure the final artwork truly reflects your subject and becomes a meaningful, lasting piece you’ll treasure.

5 | Full Payment

The remaining balance is due during the painting process and must be completed before the artwork is finalized. Payments can be made via Spriggy if under $100 AUD or Bank Transfer.

6 | Completion & Shipping

When your commission is finished, I’ll carefully package and ship it to you. Standard shipping costs apply and are based on size and location; any additional charges for very large pieces or multiple commissions will be confirmed in advance.
