1 | Reserve Your Spot
Bookings are open! A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your place on my waiting list and reserves dedicated time in my schedule. Once confirmed, I’ll email you with all commission details, what I’ll need from you, and suggested timelines.

2 | References & Preparation
Photos and references can be submitted up to two months before your scheduled slot. Multiple angles are helpful, but perfection is not required. I can work with low-quality references or even without photos. You are also welcome to share notes about your subject’s personality or story to make the artwork more meaningful.

3 | Creation, Payment & Delivery
Once all details are ready, I begin the original painting. The remaining balance is paid during the process and must be completed before finalisation. When finished, your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping costs are based on size and location, with any additional charges confirmed in advance.
